Aufgaben:
- Shape the innovation category strategy and generate new product concepts (Product Roadmap)
- Manage the implementation of new product concepts through the development process
- Manage and develop the category portfolio including product and price positioning
- Scout trends through industry relevant fairs, strategic suppliers, market research, consumer insights, social media, market and competitor analysis and transfer the knowledge into proposals for further proceeding
- Transfer concepts into product briefings and monitor the USP and key claims through the development process
- Manage global portfolio and actions for product life cycle management including monitoring of KPI´s
- Provide marketing briefing for Go-to-Market process
- Build up relationship with strategic partners and customers in the industry
- Manages Global Sales training on a regular base about new products and existing portfolio
- Consult the Global Sales Team on product-relevant topics
Qualifikationen:
- Degree in Business Administration or Marketing with focus on Product Management
- Several years of experience in Product Management of Consumer Goods, especially Beauty Industry desirable; market knowledge in Asia would be a great benefit
- Methodological, analytical and creative capabilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Fluent in English, German would be beneficial
- Structured, problem-solving and result-oriented approach
