(Senior) Manager IT Strategy in IT Transformation (m/w/d)
Aufgaben:
- Developing and implementing a long-term IT transformation strategy and the associated concepts, with a focus on retail requirements
- Assuming responsibility for the implementation of strategic IT initiatives and projects to achieve the defined five- and ten-year IT targets
- Supporting senior management in strategic decisions by providing options for action, recommendations and analyses
- Presenting IT strategy results to senior management and other relevant stakeholders
- Recruiting, managing and developing the team, as well as providing feedback and coaching to promote the professional development of team members in the strategy area
Qualifikationen:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, computer science, economics (with an IT focus) or a related field
- Several years of experience in the conception, planning and implementation of strategic IT projects or programmes
- Analytical mindset and the ability to process complex information, with a willingness to understand the different perspectives within the IT organisation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Convincing demeanour to establish networks and build trusted relationships both internally and externally
- Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to communicate effectively and skilfully with stakeholders
- Experience with large scale transformation projects related to technology and digitalisation, ideally in a consulting capacity
- In-depth knowledge of relevant emerging technologies and their potential in a retail business context
