Lead HRIS implementation of Success Factors, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor progress and address issues.
Drive adoption of digital tools among HR staff and employees through training and support.
Identify and implement HR process automation opportunities for increased efficiency.
Create HR dashboards and serve as a strategic partner to HR leadership, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making and drive business results.
Lead and mentor a team member dedicated to supporting digitalization initiatives within the HR department.
Maintenance and administration of our existing HR system rexx and future HRIS Success Factors.
Experience with the implementation and maintenance of HR systems, in particular Success Factors
Proven project management skills
Strong skills in data analysis and reporting tools
Good understanding of HR processes and metrics combined with a focus on digital solutions and automation
Communicate complex information clearly and effectively to all levels of the organization
High level of accuracy and attention to detail, coupled with goal-oriented pragmatism
Team-orientated approach and ability to work effectively with diverse team members
Interest and motivation to take on a leadership role
Fluent German and English skills
