IT Support Engineer* (m/f/d)

Aufgaben:
  • Your team is passionate about technology and is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to users, your colleagues, to ensure that their computer systems, software, and networks function efficiently.
  • You will work in a cross-functional team of software engineers, architects and IT system engineers and other IT experts.
  • Provide IT support and resolve problems, incidents, and service requests to ensure end-user satisfaction (SPOC)
  • Support and maintain local end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, and other hardware
  • Manage hardware and software according to standard procedures
  • Diagnosis and rectification of hardware/software errors at the customer's premises
  • Procurement of standard IT client hardware
  • Provide IT training for non-IT colleagues
  • Support in the management of the following services: server, application, network
  • Participate in various IT system engineering tasks and projects to improve and optimize the IT infrastructure
Qualifikationen:
  • Bachelor's degree (IT, Computer Science, or related field) or equivalent work experience
  • At least 2 years in a similar IT support role
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.)
  • Experience in supporting end-user devices and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Excellent communication in English and German, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of Cisco, AWS and Azure is an advantage
