Aufgaben:
  • Take an active role in creating user documents for cochlear implant products and contribute to content design and localization in accordance with guidelines and standards
  • Edit, structure, manage, and review content for user documentation and user interfaces
  • Support several projects and collaborate with development engineers, UX designers, product managers, and regulatory experts
  • Understand product requirements and regulatory guidelines and respond to stakeholder feedback
  • Contribute to the definition of corporate guides and specifications for technical writing and localization
Qualifikationen:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher degree (University, FH) in science, engineering, or communication with several years of professional experience in writing
  • Experience in technical writing, UX writing, product documentation, or similar
  • Experience with authoring tools or content management systems (such as SCHEMA ST4 or Oxygen XML Author); knowledge of operating principles of cochlear implants is an advantage
  • Ability to understand and explain complex technical systems and to work in a regulated environment
  • Strong communication skills; very good English skills both written and spoken
